With certifications in prenatal and infant massage, I have a particular passion for helping new and expectant mothers manage stress and promote well-being throughout their pregnancy journey. As a mother of two who has experienced the challenges of pregnancy firsthand, I strive to provide support through targeted massage techniques that alleviate tension and promote relaxation.

My expertise extends to deep tissue, therapeutic, and relaxation massages, along with traditional Chinese tuina and hot stone therapy. I believe that massage is not only a form of healing but also an exchange of energy. My goal is to create a patient-centered experience, where your comfort and feedback shape the treatment, ensuring that you leave feeling renewed and pain-free.

Inspired by my own recovery from scoliosis, I shifted my career from personal training to massage therapy.
